This program's transformative mission is aimed to develop and foster student leaders and their leadership skills with an equity lens through various meetings and workshops. Cub Catalyst leaders will focus on serving and assisting our community through the lenses of social justice, academic success, community building and mentorship. Upon completion of the program, students will have the skills necessary to pioneer change as leaders in themselves, their communities, careers, and beyond.
